Prices, fair ranges, active listings, and source confidence are informational. Rare cactus prices move, specimens vary, and seller quality matters. Cactus Index does not guarantee sale price, appraisal value, legality, or availability.
If you submit a price observation, source tip, request, note, or photo, make sure you have the right to share it. We may review, reject, summarize, or use submissions to improve public market context.
Do not spam forms, scrape private routes, submit misleading prices, attack the service, or use Cactus Index to harass sellers, collectors, nurseries, or other users.
Collectors are responsible for following applicable plant, import, export, CITES, nursery, seller, and local rules. Cactus Index can provide context, but it is not a compliance service.
